In an instance where your quote doesn't qualify for immediate pricing - your request will be reviewed by our support teams and you will be issued a quote within 1-2 hours. If your quote is received after hours, we will respond on the next business day.

You can accept your quote via an email reply, a phone call or a PO#.

If you request a "rush" or an "expedited" quote/order, additional fees apply.

Upon acceptance of our quote, your file is sent to our production team to initiate the build of your parts or components.

Once your order is completed, it is reviewed by our quality assurance team in an effort to maintain the highest quality standards.

Upon completion of our quality assurance review, your order will be shipped.

In'Tech Industries does not accept returns on custom parts. We build each part as designed and provided to us through the quote process. Prior to shipping, all parts pass through our Quality Assurance department.
